You'll be working with a cross-sectional squad, our trading & research teams, to define & deliver technology that supports our expansion across 1000s of markets for our clients. Job Description Lead the product discovery and definition process for a cross-functional squad consisting of engineers, data engineers, QA specialists, data intelligence analysts, and tech support personnel. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize features for development. Drive the development and execution of product deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization. Familiarity and experience with cryptocurrency trading, market making or similar is necessary for this role. Experience in quantitative roles is beneficial.
