About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Director to lead our team in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards throughout our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage, supervise, and coordinate a team of housekeeping staff effectively
  • To develop, implement, and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures that adhere to industry best practices
  • To procure and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and cost-effectiveness
  • To monitor and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping services

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior role within the housekeeping industry, preferably with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
  • Superior communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members
  • The capacity to work independently, as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities and situations
  • A high level of attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of housekeeping
