This role offers many cross functional and cross-cultural working relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing an organization's facilities and to assist the Country Manager in all matters related to Internal Services to all business units of the Company.

As an Administration and Facility Manager, you will serve as contact point of all staff for various Administration assistance and ensures the smooth operation of support services at Hempel.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
- Provides complete administration support to relevant departments.- Be a spokesperson representing Hempel for legal matters.- Is the responsible signatory for certain specific documentation and clears all paperwork and follow-up within the stipulated time.- Is aware of the updated governing laws, labour law changes and regulations in the country.- Is responsible and accountable for advising the Talent Acquisition team or P&C regarding the nationalization ratio as per each position requirement.- Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees as well as for visiting employees/Guests.- Must be pro-active and update and communicate any changes in employees’ Residence Permit renewals/ employment contract renewals after consulting with the P&C.- Must provide timely and accurate information to all relevant parties regarding any changes in the government regulations that may directly/ indirectly affect Hempel business operations.- Following, renewal, maintain all company documents such CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax etc.- Keeping all documents required by governmental agencies while processing them and submitting them to concerned employee.- Check the premises regularly to ensure security and supervise the janitorial staff and other workers.- Record and report emergencies.- Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs and coordinates all types of Admin. building maintenance works with Contractors.- Receives incoming faxes, post mails and courier deliveries from branch offices and others and distribute to the concerned recipients.- Prepares and gathers courier pack including sea and air cargos for dispatch (domestic and overseas).- Reserves flight and hotel bookings of staff and guests and arranges transportation of guests.- Handles and monitors the inventory and purchase of office supplies, equipment, furniture and vehicles.- Arranges printing of stationeries, invoices, letterheads, business cards, etc. (Kingdom-wide).- Verifies suppliers’ invoices and identify allocation of costs for cross
- charging purposes.- Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.

The role will be based in Bahrain.

You should also have the following qualifications:
- Experience of processing contracts, offers, visas etc.- Experience of maintaining legal staff records.- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar field and have sound knowledge of Labour Laws, Immigration Laws and regulations.- Fluency in English and Arabic- Computer Literate (MS Package
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Time management, ability to work under pressure and also work in a team setting.
