Job SummaryWe are seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant who will be performing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Admin Assistant include providing support to the managers and consultants, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company general administrative activities. A successful Admin Assistant should ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation.Responsibilities
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from the senior managers.
  • Answer and reply to phone calls and inquiries.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • BSc in business administration or relevant field.
