Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure correct goods per truck and loaded as per pick list by personally supervising the loading for each vehicle allocated.
- To monitor cost delivery., i.e number of cartons handled per person and time taken on route, monitor, control and reduce to acceptable levels approved by the management
- To ensure to reach “optimal staffing” levels and suggest to the management areas of over manning/staffing.
- To receive the invoice from local sales department after signing their register and to distribute the invoice to the drivers on area wise register.
- Over-all responsible for coordination with local sales and drivers the correct delivery address of delivery for smooth transactions and any other related concern with the deliveries
- To ensure at all times cleanliness of the vehicle assigned for local delivery by strictly adhering to the daily cleaning schedule.
- To coordinate for on time renewal of all vehicle licenses and yearly passing by coordinating with Purchase department as well as for any repairs or damages.
- To coordinate with HR/Admin department and production for additional helpers for delivery when necessary and as needed
- To prepare and submit reports on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

- Male, Bahraini, 25 - 35 years old
- Secondary / Diploma Graduate
- 3-4 years’ experience in storekeeping/warehousing and delivery
