- Engage with guests, offering comprehensive assistance and guidance to ensure they make the most of their experience, all while maintaining a friendly and discreet approach. Keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on SPA Members and Membership sales.
- Demonstrates standards awareness, by setting example for standards execution, standards testing and implementing action plans to achieve established product and service goals.
- The ability to convey clear instructions and guidance to staff and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale.
- Capability to conduct interviews, training sessions, create schedules, monitor employee performance, implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Proficiency in reviewing all guest suggestions and comments, and adeptly implementing necessary adjustments to enhance the guest experience.
- The ability to ensure timely and effective performance reviews for the department. Achieve sales targets monthly as set by the Hotel.
- Responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost-effective usage of department-related materials and assets, according to standards to ensure for smooth operation.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas in the Spa and coordinate special requirements with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering.
- Introduce new and innovative treatments, products, rituals and facials to continually enhance and develop the spa menu.
- Keep Senior Management of the Hotel informed of all member-related issues, events and programs.

Ability to Relocate:

- Manama: Relocate before starting work (required)
