Job Requirements:
- **Gender**:Female
- **Qualification**:B.Sc. in Business management or relevant.
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational Skills.
- Detail Oriented and multitasker
- Able to use the computer efficiently
- Professional English and Arabic skills.
- Can join immediately.
Task and Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for the manager.
- Attend meetings with the manager, take minutes, and follow up with staff members for necessary actions.
- Prepare necessary letters, Memos, correspondence (in English & Arabic), reports, and presentations as directed by the manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of business, company, and related documents.
- Organize, maintain, and update files, reports, and records (both electronic and hard copies)
Working hours: 7:30-5:00 PM (5 days).
Work location: Ma'ameer
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From BD500.000 per month
