Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions.
- Explain and follow human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Addressing any employment relations issues.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Coordinating with head of department to conduct employee evaluations.
- Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Be a focal point for the overall processes, ensuring that each process is functioning smoothly, and the interaction of the processes is maintained.
- Responsible to identify needs of improvement to Management.
- Responsible liaising with external parties on matters relating to the QMS.

**Salary**: BD500.000 - BD700.000 per month
