**Job Description** As a Performance and projects specialist, you will influence decision-making through quality and in-depth analysis, using various analytical and CRM tools, to give insights on ongoing projects. The role will require you to manage project implementation including stakeholder coordination and collaborating with teams.**

**> Performance Reporting and Analysis**
- ** Managing key projects in collaboration with the sales and account management team for business development**
- ** Utilize CRM tools to provide in-depth analysis of key performance and operational areas, and strategize using problem-solving techniques**
- ** Design, develop, and maintain ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions**
- ** Responsible for optimizing our performance reporting structure and repeatable process**
- ** Synthesise performance trends and business performance**
- ** Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement**
- ** Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner**

**> Analytical support for various forums**
- ** Perform deep-dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership**
- ** Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and externally.**
- ** Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modeling**
- ** Develop joint business plans to support the different department teams**
- ** Deliver unbiased insights to improve customer service and logistics performance**

**> Building a performance-focused culture**
- ** Work with delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of programs to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set.**
- ** Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance is integrated into everything we do.**

**> Propose product enhancements to improve experience/ business performance**
