Creating and implementing nursing policies to foster a positive and organized work environment while planning, prioritizing and assigning health care tasks to clinical support team members
- Managing medication schedules and ensuring communication with the medical team to avoid medication errors
- Encouraging all staff to adhere to the highest standards in patient care and conducting regular staff reviews
- Maintaining knowledge of current trends in nursing and ambulatory care and educating teams
- Communicating with patients and their family members as needed, and offering emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families in distress
- Assessing, processing and discharging patients
- Managing patient and employee records with a focus on following NHRA regulations and quality standards
- Providing a direct line of communication between patients, nursing staff and physicians

**Pediatric Nurse Requirements and Qualifications**
- Experience: minimum of 3 years as a Nursing Supervisor
- With active NHRA License or with completed dataflow
- Hold a bachelor's degree in nursing; preferably Masters Degree holder
- Valid BLS

**Salary**: Up to BD600.000 per month

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
