Manama, Bahrain US Secretary of the Navy Offices (SECNAV) Full time

**Duties**:

- You will provide dedicated and centralized support to program budgets for critical programs, including facilities, office supplies, and equipment, vehicles, accountable property, communications services and devices, travel.
- You will provide organizational analysis, methods and procedures analysis, and inter-programmatic research.
- You will be responsible for planning, obtaining, and performing a variety of administrative and program management functions.
- You will provide support and policy guidance to Special Agents and other employees with Permanent Change of Station (PCS) travel and entitlements.
- You will prepare a wide variety of substantive written products and correspondence focused on the field office(s) programs, to include investigative and operational reporting.

**Qualifications**:
**GS-09**: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
- **GS-07** grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

- **Providing administrative support which includes office budgeting, property management, arranging travel, data processing and files management, time and attendance issues; providing support with report writing and submitting entries into databases.**

**GS-07**: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
- **GS-05** grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

- **Providing administrative support to include supporting personnel with data processing, records management, and travel arrangements.**- Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

**Education**:
**GS-09**:Applicants may substitute specialized experience with meeting one or more of the education requirements below:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
**OR**
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
**OR**
LL.B. or J.D., if related
**OR**
Combination of experience and education that equates to one year of experience.

**GS-07**:Applicants may substitute specialized experience with meeting one or more of the education requirements below:
1 full year of graduate level education
**OR**
Superior academic achievement
**OR**
Combination of experience and education that equates to one year of experience.
