The Veterinary Clinic Manager and Receptionist is a dual role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, managing our team, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and on the phone, and also be responsible for the smooth running of the clinic, ensuring that our high standards of care and service are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets, manage appointments and handle inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the clinic team, including veterinarians, team scheduling, vet technicians, and other support staff.
- Assist with HR responsibilities such as recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Handle client complaints and issues professionally, maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Oversee inventory and procurement of clinic supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain and manage clinic records and accounts.
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures, and ensure adherence.
- Participate in strategic planning and marketing efforts to grow the clinic.
- Manage the marketing activities through freelancers

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or similar healthcare setting, with managerial experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, English and communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with veterinary software systems.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Commitment to excellent client service.
- Passionate about animal care and welfare.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
