- Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of Moroccan dishes.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative Moroccan menus.
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Help to ensure the smooth-running of your section, working closely with the team.
- Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and mínimal wastage.
- Keep organized and maintain high standards of kitchen area.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen.
- Maintains the standards of performance as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual to ensure the efficient operation of the department in accordance with Hotel Policy.
- Carry out other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with a focus on Moroccan cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
