Main Accountabilities

- Comply with all HR and Company policies and procedures
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements Main Responsibilities
- Issues invoices and credit memos, update customer records, and send out monthly billing statements.
- Complete the process of customer invoicing in EWMS and ERP System and record the financial transactions in the relevant accounting period.
- Responsible to follow-up with customer and report over dues to the line manager on regular basis.
- Coordinate with operations to get the confirmation of delivery of third party stocks and verify the performance of service before raising the series invoice.
- Capture incoming payments and clear customer account regularly.
- Respond to customer calls (queries) when needed, and solve billing issues.
- Invoicing clerk is responsible to report all billing errors immediately to the concerned.
- Save SAP cash journal and ensure timely posting of entries.
- Create Blue/Pink Forms if needed.
- Ensure that invoices are being issued as per the customer contract. In case of any discrepancy report to the line manager.
- Support to conduct inventory cycle count as and when required thru the automated system to meet customer and audit requirement.
- Perform additional responsibilities within the department as assigned.
