Greet visitors to the center in a professional and friendly manner and ensure minimum wait in the reception area
- Manage and screen all incoming phone calls in a professional and polite manner and respond to general enquiries
- Maintain records of new enquiries and re-direct calls to appropriate employees/departments to ensure the customer’s query is resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Schedule and follow up on meeting requests to book the conference room for confirmed meetings
- Record registration requirements and send the details to the appropriate department
- Assist the support services team with other administrative tasks

Will be deployed in WPA Bahrain
