**Company**
Our client is one of the top suppliers in Bahrain for Building Materials across various industries.
They are currently looking for an **HR Manager** to be based in Bahrain.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage the HR department and the entire gamut of HR functions ranging from workforce planning to recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Ensure the best talent is hired in line with the company vision
- Ensure legal compliance of the employees with all government agencies like LMRA, GOSI and MOL
- Manage the employee records and management reports
- Assist other managers with employee counselling, disciplinary meetings, and other staff-related meetings
- Ensure the compliance of the HR department with the ISO certifications
- Make important planning and strategy decisions in line with the management
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Proven working experience of 8 to 10 years as HR manager or Senior HR executive
- People oriented and results drive
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources is mandatory
