**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Leadership**:

- **Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Develop strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- **Employee Relations and Development**:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Plan and implement training and development programs for employees.
- **Performance Management**:
- Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems.
- Provide guidance on employee growth, promotion, and retention strategies.
- **Policy Development and Compliance**:
- Draft and enforce employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and ethical standards.
- **HR Operations**:
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the [industry].
