Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Board Support and Coordination

Schedule, organize, and coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, and other official gatherings.

Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and presentations in collaboration with board members and stakeholders.

Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, ensuring all action items and decisions are documented appropriately

Corporate Governance

Ensure compliance with company bylaws, corporate governance regulations, and relevant legal requirements.

Draft, review, and process board resolutions, including providing advice on legal and procedural matters related to their execution.

Maintain and update the company's corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, policies, and other legal documents.

Communication and Documentation

Serve as a point of contact for board-related communications, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.

Translate documents and communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity in both languages.

Legal Support

Provide general legal advice to the board on matters such as corporate law, compliance, and governance.

Assist in reviewing contracts, policies, and other legal documents relevant to the board's responsibilities.

Administrative Support

Manage board member correspondence, schedules, and travel arrangements.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Legal Background:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.

Familiarity with corporate governance principles, legal compliance, and regulatory requirements.

**Experience**:
3-5 years of relevant experience as an executive secretary, legal assistant, or similar role.

Experience in handling board-level activities, such as drafting minutes and processing resolutions.

Bilingual Skills:
Fluency in Arabic & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and board management software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:
Experience in working with executive leadership or high-level stakeholders.

Understanding of financial and governance-related terminology.

Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
