**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary located in Manama. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You will also be responsible for managing executive calendars, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
- ILETS Preffered
- Proven consistent employment track record as Executive Secretary
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience managing executive calendars and making travel arrangements
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
**Salary**: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month
**Education**:
