**Purpose of the Job**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including updates and upgrades as necessary.
- Install and configure software and hardware, and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including backups, security measures, and virus protection.
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and upgrades, including testing and training.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of the technology infrastructure.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that technology needs are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

**Work Experience**:

- Min. 1-3 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
