Located in the business and leisure hub of the city, **InterContinental® Bahrain** offers its guests the perfect location from where to explore the exciting face of Manama. The hotel offers 304 spacious rooms including 4 club floors and 36 luxurious suites. Each room is designed to meet the needs and the expectations of the modern traveler. **A little taste of your day-to-day**

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders over the phone or through digital platforms.
- Ensure that orders are entered correctly into the system and communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Confirm guest preferences and dietary restrictions to tailor the dining experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and hotel services.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of in-room dining trays and presentation.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the in-room dining area and equipment.

**What we need from you**
- This job requires ability to handle multiple incoming calls.
- Arabic speakers are preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in 5-star hotel or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking.
- A friendly and positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant technology.
- Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when recording orders, completing paperwork, etc.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
