We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Outdoor Sales Representative** to join our team. This role is responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring timely collections. They are in the front lines visiting clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Sales growth**: Identify and target new sales opportunities within your assigned area. Proactively approach potential clients, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- **Client relationship management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Regularly visit clients to understand their evolving needs and offer tailored solutions
- **Product promotions**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range and effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers. Ensure product visibility and availability in the market
- **Collections**: Manage and oversee the timely collection of payments from clients, ensuring accounts are up-to-date and resolving any payment issue promptly
- **Market intelligence**: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help refine our sales strategies and product offerings
- Minimum **3 years experience in outdoor sales, especially in the local Bahrain FMCG sector**:

- Strong sales skills, including identification of prospective clients, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of the English language, proficiency in Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
- Valid Bahrain driving license
- Availability for immediate joining is preferred
