**Job Summary**
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company's products or services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
- Ensuring payment is received as agreed.
- Advising customers of delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Communicating with the booking and shipping offices about daily orders.
- Being aware of competitors’ strategies, strengths and weaknesses.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles.
- Liaising with other departments within the division.
- Deal with customer complaints or issues.
