**Purpose, Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and troubleshoot O365 issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure and manage security protocols in O365, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), and Azure MFA.
- Administering day to day operational support activities like, user accounts, licenses, and group policies within the O365 environment.
- Administer and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory.
- Monitor Azure infrastructure for performance, availability, and security, using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center.
- Implement and manage security features in Azure, including Azure Security Center, DLP & MFA etc.,
- Ensure that both O365 and Azure environments comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and enforce DLP and MIP policies across O365 and Azure to protect sensitive data.
- Implement and manage MFA to enhance security across both platforms.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and incident response for both O365 and Azure environments.
- Deploy and configure O365 services and Azure solutions, ensuring integration and security best practices.
- Provide advanced support for O365 and Azure-related issues, including security incidents, connectivity problems, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve escalated issues, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Engage with Microsoft Support as needed to resolve critical issues in both O365 and Azure environments.
- Provide regular reports on usage, spending, and security posture, offering recommendations for cost and security improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for both O365 and Azure environments, including configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on O365 and Azure tools, security practices, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in O365 and Azure technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of cloud technology.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities across both O365 and Azure platforms.

**Qualifications / Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in managing and securing both Microsoft Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the similar role.
- Strong knowledge of O365 & Azure services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
