Front office supervisors can play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by ensuring that the front desk is well-staffed and equipped to handle customer requests. They can also be responsible for training other employees on how to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed by all staff members
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, provide prompt and professional service in line with company standards
- Handle all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
- Effectively handle guest complaints and refer to the appropriate manager as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, policies, and procedures
- Balance and reconcile cash drawer on a daily basis, prepare deposits, and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Train new front office staff members on company policies and procedures
- Assist other departments as needed, including but not limited to housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage
- Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ensure that the front office area is clean, organized, and stocked at all times

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
