**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, construction, and residential developments.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote the company’s stainless steel product offerings, including commercial kitchen equipment, water coolers, garbage chutes, and railings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
- **Product Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Provide technical information and support to clients, addressing inquiries regarding material properties, durability, and compliance standards.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for product development.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform management of performance and market positioning.
- **Proposal and Contract Negotiation**:
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms and pricing, and close sales agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with production, engineering, and design teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
- Provide customer feedback to the production team to support continuous improvement in product design and quality.
- **Attend Industry Events and Exhibitions**:
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to promote the company’s product range and expand the client network.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the stainless steel industry or related fields (e.g., commercial kitchen equipment, construction materials).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and negotiate effectively.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
**Preferred**:
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for stainless steel products.
- Experience in B2B sales for commercial and industrial clients.
**Language**:
- Arabic (preferred)
