**Key Responsibilities**

**. Transportation Services**
- Drive resident's cars from designated parking areas to their residential buildings and vice versa.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents during pick-up and drop-off.
- Ensure smooth and safe transportation within the premises.
- Maintain a regular schedule of trips or operate on-call based on resident needs.

**Vehicle Handling**
- Safely operate and park various types of vehicles.
- Maintain a log of vehicle usage and keys to ensure accurate tracking.
- Maintain keys organized and secured in designated key cabinets.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations within the premises.

**Customer Service**
- Greet residents with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Assist with luggage, groceries, or any other items as needed.
- Address residents’ questions or concerns courteously and escalate unresolved issues to the Security Manager.

**Hygiene and Grooming**
- Always maintain a neat and professional appearance, including wearing a clean and appropriate uniform.
- Practice good personal hygiene to reflect the high standards of the residential community.

**Punctuality and Reliability**
- Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled shifts.
- Be available and responsive during working hours to meet residents’ needs.
- Handle tasks efficiently to avoid service delays.

**Vehicle and Premises Maintenance**
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care and parked in designated spots.
- Report any vehicle damage issues to the Security Manager immediately by conducting a quick vehicle inspection.
- Report any problems that arise with the vehicle while in your care
- Maintain cleanliness in the transport vehicles and the parking area.

**Safety, Honesty, and Security**
- Refrain from accessing the vehicle's storage areas and touching or moving drivers' personal items.
- Handle residents’ vehicles, belongings, and property with the utmost integrity and care if needed.
- Monitor the parking area for suspicious activity and promptly report concerns to the Security Manager.
- Park in a CCTV coverage area when applicable.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of residents and their property.
- Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their job purpose, as required by their department head from time to time.
