Warehouse Incharge

**Position Title**:
Warehouse In-charge

**Reporting To**:
Warehouse Manager

**Age**

25 - 35 Years.

**Purpose of the Position**:
To oversee the delivery, storage and dispatch of all raw materials and finished products to ensure that the company meets all orders by the agreed dates.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise staff to ensure that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and receive all required training.
- Oversee all goods in and ensure that these are unloaded and stored efficiently and safely and to meet HSE requirement in all warehouse and logistics.
- Oversee the dispatch operation to ensure that it operates efficiently, effectively and safely and meets customer requirements.
- Oversee the use of the warehouse to ensure the optimum use of available space and a safe, efficient and profitable operation which meets customer and business needs.
- Develop and implement effective stock control and audit systems to ensure that all stocks are maintained at the levels necessary to meet the requirements of all necessary departments.
- To identify cost effective vendor for transportation of goods.
- To select the right transporter for dispatch of material, negotiate with rates, finalize for approval.
- To optimize freight costs and to comply with all freight statutory requirements.
- To physically verify stocks every month at factory and ensure stocks are tallied every month.
- To integrate the material in SAP and Invoicing in SAP and report generation.
- Follow-up on pending orders of shipment from suppliers and expedite shipping process and make sure delivery is on time.
- Procurement of local tyres, batteries and consumables and other services.

**Professional Qualifications & Experience Required**:

- Commerce graduate/Post graduate with 06-08 years’ experience of warehousing and logistics.
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Age 25-35 Years

**Salary**: BD500.000 - BD700.000 per month
