About the job
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment
procurement.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on
work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing
information; identifying trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the
way.
- Evaluate and manage staff performance
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Lead generation.
- Evaluate student’s attributes and assist them in realizing their objectives.
- Maintaining excellent relations with potential students through school visit or social media.
- Informing and selling all of the education services to potential clients.
- Accept the line manager's task allocations and report sales figures each month.
- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by the management, complete
evaluations, analyze results and provide purposeful feedback.
- Help students select the right university or programs for their needs.
- Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students.
- Answering inquiries from potential student clients and make sales of education service.
- Advising potential students on education opportunities (Foundation, Undergraduate,
Postgraduate) in different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Australia).
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and
vocational development.
- In addition to the duties specified above, you are obliged to follow all reasonable instructions of
the Employer, the management of the Employer, or the designated supervisor. You are required to faithfully, diligently, and competently execute the tasks and duties assigned
to you. You are also required to comply with the Employer’s code of conduct or company policy
and act in the best interests of the Employer at all times.
- You must not engage in any other business or employment outside your employment without the
prior approval of the Employer.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**:
- Graduation or Post Graduation in any field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Student/Education Consultancy.
- Should have deep knowledge about foreign education system (Cambridge education system and
American education system).
- Overall knowledge of preparing student for the credibility interviews and assessment of SOP.
Australia, and essential understanding about the international pathway a provider is a plus.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Skills Required**:
- Proficient in personal computing skill.
- Experience with training and study abroad education.

- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
- An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age
groups and social backgrounds.
- Flexibility over working hours
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
