Prepare employment contract for all selected employees and trainees and follow-up with applicant on the receipt and acceptance of the same.

Ensure that onboarding and induction is undertaken in a correct way

Manage recruitment expenditure effectively and in line with agreed budgets.

Ensure salary offers to new hires are based on salary scale for internal equity purposes.

Develop and submit the monthly/annual headcount reports to management

Perform all other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

3+ years of experience in HR recruiting

Strong knowledge of the recruiting process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
