**JOB TITLE**: Brand and Social Media Marketing Specialist

**EXPERIENCE**:0 to 2 years

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and oversee the brand's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and personality.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Bahraini national with 0 to 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Basic understanding of brand fundamentals and management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
