Job description
Epsco WLL has an opening for a Administrative Secretary who will be handling day-to-day front desk operations and office administration. We are seeking highly self-motivated and business acumen to provide secretarial support to our Executives, Technical Management, and Sales Team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Answer and direct phone calls, schedule meetings and conference call, receive and dispatch mails, and welcome guests.
Manage office supplies and necessary repairs in the office.
Arrange travel related bookings for the management and employees.
Prepare correspondence and PowerPoint presentation.
Responsible for monitoring stock inventory and liaise with concerned parties for replenishment of the products.
Process and validate documents such as Purchase Order, Sales Order, and Invoice.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, reports for Sales and Stock Inventory.
Manage MIS including recommendations.
Establish systematic filing system for both electronics and hard copies, and conduct backups storage when necessary.
Maintaining databases, internal & external communication, etc.
Provide all necessary support to Accounts and worked closely with Senior Accountant on a daily basis.
Integrate within the office as a universal employee who is willing to help others.
Ensure confidential information and documents are kept at utmost level.
Coordinate with different departments, branches, onsite/ traveling employees as and when required.
Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, Customs Handling Agents, Customs Department.
Observe and comply with the company policies.
Perform ad hoc tasks as and when instructed.
Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration or any related field (P)
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an office environment. (E)
Experience of being in a position of using own initiative. (E)
Any accounting knowledge is an asset.
English speaking. (E)
Willingness to learn. (E)
Former position in a secretarial role, or related experience (E)
Exceptional filing, record keeping, and organizational competency (E)
Advanced proficiency in managing documents and information (E)
Exceptional interpersonal skills (E)

**Salary**: BD 200.000 - BD 225.000 per month
