**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:

- Hire, train, and supervise staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaning personnel.
- Create work schedules and ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed.
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle employee performance issues and resolve conflicts when necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Address customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure a positive dining experience.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory and order supplies (food, beverages, cleaning products).
- Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation for quality control.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to, including food safety guidelines.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage the restaurant’s budget.
- Control costs and reduce waste (including food and labor costs).
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to increase profitability.
- Handle cash, process payments, and oversee financial transactions.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Plan and implement promotional activities to drive business, such as special events or discount programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the restaurant’s presence on social media and other platforms.
- **Compliance and Legal**:

- Ensure the restaurant complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes and licensing requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance.
- **Quality Control**:

- Regularly inspect the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Monitor food quality and consistency across shifts.
- Make improvements to ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of food and service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant regulations.
