Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner - Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) - Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications - Assess potential risks, materials and costs - Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies - Monitor progress and compile reports in project status - Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials - Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. - Analyzing operational problems and developing solutions for issues - Evaluating the safety of structures to determine if they need repair or reconstruction - Evaluating the efficiency of existing systems and developing plans for improvement based on their findings - Supervising the construction process to ensure that the project meets the set budget and timeline requirements - Uses design software and drawing tools to accurately render and communicate designs - Estimates materials, equipment, and labor needed to determine project costs - Performs other related duties as assigned
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD

Pay: BD500.000 per month
