**Job Description**:

- Project an image of friendliness, professionalism and willingness to provide personalized services to guests.
- To review all materials concerning daily events, i.e. repeat guests, VIPs and function sheets.
- To escort arriving guests to their villa, handling their luggage with care, efficiency and presenting the In-Villa orientation.
- To handle a guest villa change request and move luggage.
- To assist departing guests with luggage, transportation requirements, etc.
- To store and retrieve guests luggage and belongings.
- To answer telephones, deliver messages, packages, flowers, etc. to the guest’s villas.
- Maintain the Resort vehicles in good working condition at all time.
- Help in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the lobby, bell desk, front entrance and the luggage storage area.
- Call guests by their names and remember repeat guest's names.
- Work closely with the Front Office, Chauffeur and Airport Representative.
- To keep the Bell Captain well-informed as to any guest problems, special requests, complaints, etc.
- To drive and maintain buggies.
- To report deficiencies noted in guest villa and on guest floors to the bell captain.
- Respond properly in any resort emergency or safety situation.
- Use the resort computer system and phone system.
- Willingness to carry out other duties that are assigned by immediate supervisors.
- Drive the car in a professional and elegant manner in accordance to the set standard.
- Make sure the Resort car is always clean, immaculate, fueled and amenities are replenished.
- Report any car deficiency to the Bell Captain immediately.
- keep the Bell Captain well-informed as to any guest problems, special requests, complaints, etc
- Log the car movement at all time.
- carry out other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisors

**Qualifications**:

- Warm and caring personality; previous experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
