Job Description: Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Overview: A Sales and Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategies of a company. He would be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the alignment of sales and marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and drive the Promotions and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Develop corporate tie ups and roadshows to increase the awareness of Matrix
- Lead Sales Team:

- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Lead by example by visiting corporates, schools and colleges, university campus and other institutions to increase revenue for the Unit
- Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns:

- Develop marketing plans and campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, advertising, social media, events, and PR, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:

- Forecast sales volumes and revenue targets based on market trends, historical data, and business objectives.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and work proactively to address them.
- Analyze Performance and Generate Reports:

- Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition cost, and market share.
- Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
