**Supervision and Execution**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee structural construction and installation activities, including steel structures, platforms, supports, foundations, and piping-related supports.
- Ensure all work is carried out in alignment with project designs, specifications, and engineering standards.
- Monitor subcontractors and workforce to ensure productivity, quality, and safety compliance.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce adherence to safety standards and procedures, particularly for high-risk activities like working at height, heavy lifting, and confined spaces.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.

**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and QA/QC teams to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
- Schedule and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure proper communication and collaboration between structural and other disciplines, such as mechanical, piping, and electrical.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect completed structural works to ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Review and approve fabrication and installation procedures.
- Identify and address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and resource usage.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection reports, and incident reports to management.
- Document and track material usage and ensure proper inventory control.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Education**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSWIP, AWS, or equivalent) are an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in structural supervision within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of working on offshore platforms, refineries, pipelines, or petrochemical plants.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong knowledge of structural materials, fabrication, welding, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, API, and AISC.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Other Requirements**:

- Knowledge of HSE standards and practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Willingness to work in remote or offshore locations as required.
- Valid certifications for safety training (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, or equivalent).
