Minimum of 5 years of working experience in purchasing.

- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the procurement team.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**الأدوار والمسؤوليات**:

- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الشراء لتحسين التوفير في التكاليف والكفاءة.
- البحث وتقييم الموردين والبائعين المحتملين بناءً على الجودة والسعر وقدرات التسليم.
- التفاوض على العقود والشروط مع الموردين لضمان الحصول على أفضل الشروط والأسعار.
- التعاون مع الجهات المعنية داخليًا لفهم احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم في مجال الشراء.
- إدارة عملية الشراء من الطلب إلى التسليم، وضمان تنفيذ الطلبات في الوقت المحدد وبطريقة دقيقة.
- متابعة أداء الموردين والتعامل مع أي قضايا أو مخاوف بسرعة وفعالية.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في الصناعة وظروف السوق لتحديد الفرص لتحقيق التوفير في التكاليف وتحسين العمليات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعمليات الشرائية والعقود ومعلومات الموردين.
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم لأعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة في قسم الشراء.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
