**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain management. The intern will support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing potential suppliers and obtaining quotes.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries to ensure timely supply.
- Support senior procurement staff in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors.
- Resolve invoicing and delivery discrepancies in collaboration with finance and logistics teams.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products, and analyze pricing trends.
- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for procurement activities.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
