Position: Associate Dean of Academics/Studies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Advanced Diploma or higher degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in academic leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of IB DP curriculum and assessment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse student populations

Values and Attitudes:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Overseeing all aspects of the academic program at high/secondary school level.
- Ensuring alignment between teaching practices and IB DP standards.
- Providing guidance to teachers regarding instructional strategies.
- Collaborating with other administrators to develop policies related to academics.
- Managing budgets related to academics/studies department.
- Developing professional development opportunities for faculty members.
