We provide complete solutions for interior fit-out and air conditioning installations, with a focus on chilled water systems. Our current projects involve high-demand tasks where we install and complete the piping, valves, ducts, and commissioning for chill water system air conditioning.

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled **AC Technician** to join our dynamic team to support our growing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and assemble pipes, valves, and ducts for chilled water system air conditioning systems in commercial and residential buildings.
- Installing drainage pipes for the system
- Installing Fan Coil Units (FCU)
- Commissioning HVAC installed system, including pumping and flushing of the installed piping.
- Ensure that all installations meet local regulations, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all tasks.
- Oversee the coordination of semi-skilled workers, ensuring proper task delegation and safety protocols are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after installation and ensure proper operation of all systems.
- Supervise and guide freelance or semi-skilled labor to ensure work meets the company’s high standards.
- Coordinate with other teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of **10 years** of experience in the field of AC plumbing, specializing in the installation of pipes, valves, and ducts for chilled water systems.
- At least **5 years** of experience working within the **Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)** region, with specific familiarity with local codes and standards.
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly chilled water systems.
- Ability to hire and manage **freelance semi-skilled workers** to support project execution.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Valid work authorization to be employed in Bahrain.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Ability to work with all the equipment required to finish the task especially threading machine, welding machine, and drills
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment for pipe and duct installation.
- Knowledge of safety standards, including PPE requirements and safety regulations.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset to complete tasks within deadlines.
