**About the job**

More specifically you will support the Human Resource team & site members achieve the following:

- Recruitment of blue collars
- Onboarding new joiners,
- Managing employee relations and grievances
- Maintaining HR Master data & monthly reports
- Processing payroll & indemnity
- Handling GOSI, LMRA, Tamkeen and NPRA
- Driving employee engagement activities
- Administer and maintain HR policies & benefits
- Coordinate with Finance Department for monthly accruals and allocations
- Lead annual HR projects
- Support on admin related tasks when needed

**Who are you?**

You are passionate about Human Resources, you are curious and creative and always seeking to add value in your role. Most importantly, you demonstrate high professionalism, integrity and credibility in your work.

You are a bachelor’s degree graduate in a discipline such as Human Resources, Finance or a similar field. Preferably for value addition you also have professional qualifications such as CIPD, knowledge of Bahrain labor law, competent in SAP & experience in processing of payroll.

Furthermore, you are:

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with data analysis, numbers, reporting and presenting
- Critical thinker with sharp analytical skills
- Strong communication & decision making skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Team player and collaborator
- Customer service and project management oriented
- Oral and written communication skills in English
- Have 2-3 years in similar role in a medium - large organization
- FMCG experience (preferred)
