**Job Description**:
Controlling the flow of incoming and outgoing documentation of Site
Manage training matrix and update training records data to Training Record System in coordination with HR
Preparing PowerPoint presentations for site.
Top-class typing and report writing skills and should work hand to hand with Site Manager
Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.
Disciplining and supporting the team in processing documentation related to operations and safety
Support Site in preparing and updating monthly payroll for Site Staff
Creating templates and setting-up document structures
Any other tasks asked by the Site Manager related to operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar education
- 5 years of work experience with a minimum of 2-3 years as a document controller
- Knowledge of SharePoint / OneDrive - Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Detail-focused and document-organizing abilities
- A time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks
- Extensive experience with document management
