Procurement Officer

Conducting researches that help the company to make the right decision with regard to procurement processes
- Negotiating with suppliers, following up and evaluating contracts to ensure agreement on appropriate contract terms in line with quality standards, reducing cost, and ending services on time.
- Reviewing quotations and ensuring their conformity based on its description.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers and ensure that after-sales service is in line with agreed standards
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement records including cost analyses
- Dealing with suppliers' problems related to implementation timeline, quantity, quality of materials in addition to prices and solve them
- Issuing Purchase orders to provide the necessary materials for building construction.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

- Professional Communication and Negotiation skills to deal with suppliers
- Proven work 2-5 year experience as purchasing officer or in a similar role preferably from construction industry
- Excellent in communication in English & Arabic written and spoken
- Bachelor Degree holder in Procurement, Business, Engineering or rated field preferred.
- Ability to work under stress
