**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and insurance programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with implementing HR operational plans in line with the corporate business and HR strategies.
- Respond to general enquiries from staff in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain, monitor attendance system and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage the day-to-day HR & admin operations of the company.
- Experience of using LMRA, SIO and Tamkeen online service.
- Manage a performance appraisal system.
- Payrolls and pay slips.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a same field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience in Odoo System preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
