**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Talent Management**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR matters.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- **Performance Management**:

- Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting and evaluating employee goals.
- **Policy and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:

- Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration.
- Conduct market research to maintain competitive compensation structures.
- **HR Strategy and Reporting**:

- Develop HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications preferred, e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic environment.
