Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinates all cases with Manager, Legal Affairs related to Partners & Divisions.
- Reviews & follows up all cases filed by & against AZI & Partners through the Prosecution Court, Executive Court and records all hearings dates with decisions systematically.
- Follows up on all hearings and cases at the all Courts and Police Stations, Public Prosecution, Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Ministry of Labor & LMRA or any authorities as needed.
- Maintains all the case files with brief summary on each of the files, listing the case numbers, dates, hearing, Court decisions for ready reference.
- To perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Directors, & Manager, Legal Affairs.
- Review legal documents and agreement related to the operations of the divisions or the directors.

**Skills**:

- Possesses fair knowledge in regard to Bahrain Laws, Regulations, Practices and Procedures, especially related to commercial, Civil and labor issues.
- Excellent knowledge of procedural process in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Good Analytical Negotiation and Arbitration skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages.

**Work Experience**:
Minimum 3 years of related experience.
