**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Meet set targets for objectives such as engagement, lead generation (ex. number of booked appointments), among others as set by management
- Create new social media content from on-site presence
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Research and identify new opportunities to reach and engage target audiences
- Develop relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to expand brand reach
- Assist in the creation and management of social media advertising campaigns

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms and campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices (Facebook Business Suite, SEO, Google ads, etc)
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

**Salary: 500BD per month**

**Salary**: BD500.000 per month

- Al-Muḥarraq: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
