**The Job**

The individual will spearhead the strategic development of business in the new geography and is responsible for driving growth, laying the foundation, and establishing a strong presence for the company in these territories.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Achieve set targets in terms of Sales and Gross Profit numbers.
- Development & Managing of key customers and verticals.
- Oversee the overall branch operations and be responsible for the branch performance
- Responsible for the overall sales process from generating leads, attending meetings, closing and customer satisfaction
- Proven track record in driving consistent growth and gaining market share
- 4-5 years of experience in IT solutions sales.
- Experience of developing strategic relationships and adding significant value to customers
- Excellent Communication and Strong negotiation skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
- Should be goal-driven and target-oriented. Must have experience and proven track record in achieving defined sales and collection targets.
- Local driving license will be an added advantage

**Experience**:

- IT solutions sales: 1 year (preferred)
