**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a leader in comprehensive technology solutions, we offer a diverse range of services including ERP systems, website development, ready-to-use software products, and digital marketing services such as SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and YouTube marketing. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by connecting businesses with tailored solutions that enhance their operations, digital presence, and overall efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and target potential clients for our comprehensive technology solutions, including ERP systems, website development, and ready-to-use software products.
- Expand outreach efforts for digital marketing services like SEO, social media marketing (SMM), Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
**Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend the most effective technology solutions, from ERP systems to digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct persuasive demonstrations showcasing the value of our services, including case studies and success stories.
**Sales Planning and Strategy**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft compelling value propositions for our diverse range of services.
**Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
- Prepare detailed proposals for technology solutions, including ERP implementation plans, website development projects, and digital marketing packages.
- Negotiate contract terms to secure deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
**Market Intelligence and Feedback**:
- Stay informed about trends in technology, including ERP advancements, website design innovations, and evolving digital marketing tactics.
- Provide actionable feedback from clients to enhance our product and service offerings.
**Reporting and CRM Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal statuses in the CRM system.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience : 1 to 2 yrs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bahraini Driving license
**Preferred Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in ERP systems, software solutions, website development, or digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, or YouTube Studio.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles or Agile methodologies.
